The Confluence is excited to invite the community to "Begin Again," a unique art show by Twisp’s own Donna Keyser that combines art and healing. The exhibit features Donna's paintings and drawings created using a special technique called Neurographica, which helped her recover from a brain injury.
Neurographica is a drawing method that stimulates the brain, helping it form new connections. It’s a way to heal and improve mental health through art. Visitors can try out different drawing techniques and see for themselves if making art can help reduce stress, improve focus, and boost brain function.
The show encourages everyone to explore how drawing can change how we think and feel. There will be stations set up where you can try different techniques and maybe even find a new way to relax or challenge your mind.
"Begin Again" will be on display at The Confluence from April 15 to May 31. The show is free and open to all. Everyone is welcome to stop by, try some drawing, and see what art can do for you.
