Located in downtown Twisp, the heart of the Methow Valley, our region boasts fabulous natural beauty, a strong culture of creativity and entrepreneurship, and love and care for the land we live on.

The Confluence was founded in 1988 by a small, forward-thinking group of artists who felt the Methow Valley needed a place to gather for the celebration of the visual arts. Since then, The Confluence has become a cultural landmark in downtown Twisp. Hosting seven solo and group exhibits each year, we proudly showcase the work of Okanogan County artists and beyond. We invite all segments of our rural community to join us in celebrating art. In addition to our professional gallery space, The Confluence also boasts an amazing array of jewelry, ceramics, textiles, and other one-of-a-kind items in the Gift Shop.

By curating high-quality exhibits and a unique gift shop, we have been able to make an impact on our local economy by putting money back in the pockets of working artists. The Confluence’s other programming includes a month-long art camp for kids, business skills workshop for working artists, the Trashion Show, and Methow Valley Home Tour.
